The Area
Tel Aviv was founded in 1909, being the second largest city in Israel, with an estimated population of 390,100.
It is known as “The city that never stops”, with so many options for a night out. All through out the day you can find people on the streets, spending their night-time in one of the city’s many cafes, bars or night clubs. There is a wide variety of restaurants offered, which cater to Israel’s melting pot of different cultures and nationalities.
On the northern Tel Aviv coast, from the exit of the Yarkon River, Tel Aviv Rental Apartments is located in the Tel Aviv port (“Namal”), which was shut down in the 60’s as an active sea port, and was awaken in the 80’s as a nightlife and water sports area. This premise is nonetheless one of the liveliest quarters of Tel Aviv as far as eating out, nightlife and daytime hangout resort, with many new restaurants, bars and shops all accessible by a wooden deck that its shape was inspired by the Tel Aviv sand dunes.
Tel-Aviv's promenade (“Tayelet”), is a beautiful strip to walk on along the Mediterranean seashore. The promenade’s uniqueness comes out at night, where you will see it pulsating with nightlife of a typical coastal city.
Tel Aviv has beautiful beaches, each unique in its inhabitants and ambiance. In the summer you can enjoy the cool water and refreshing sea breeze, and in the winter, the weather shapes the water and sand into the best and most dynamic artwork in the city.
Shopping in Tel Aviv is a great cultural experience. There is a large variety of shops along the streets, shopping centers as well as the various unique markets, each offering you a unique experience.
Tel Aviv is also a major cultural area, a home for a variety of galleries, museums, theatres, and concert halls.
